If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 36) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)). This page explains how that right interacts with immediate digital access.
The 14-day right does not apply to digital content or services where all of the following are true: (1) you gave prior express consent to immediate performance, (2) you acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and (3) we provided confirmation in a durable medium (email).
At checkout you will see an un-pre-ticked, mandatory checkbox:
“I want immediate access to courses, AI practice, and live webinars. I understand and agree that by starting to use the service today, I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive.”
That checkbox links here. The waiver is not valid unless this page is reachable from the checkout and the text is repeated in your order confirmation email. Final wording is subject to Under legal review — withdrawal-waiver wording and audit-log requirements.

No waiver overrides: liability for a service not as described, defective, or not delivered; statutory misrepresentation rights; Norwegian angrerettloven protections (Norwegian consumers may have stronger rights and need separate review); or any claim under data-protection, accessibility, or local consumer-protection law.
