Four live formats run by Cambridge- and CELTA-qualified teachers — open classes, Conversation Café, small-group speaking, and weekly tutored writing. Up to 15 learners per room. Small enough to speak; big enough to meet other people.
Drop into an open class for a structured topic. Spend an evening in the Café when you just want to talk. Book Speaking Practice when you want correction. Submit Writing when you want a teacher to mark your prose. Mix and match across the week.
Themed group classrooms at every CEFR level from A1 to C2. Topics rotate through grammar, vocabulary, English for work, and pronunciation. Camera optional. Ask the teacher directly. On the Live plan, attend as many as your schedule allows.
Moderated speaking sessions with learners worldwide. The goal is fluency and confidence, not a syllabus. Camera-on recommended — it makes the room work.
Small groups at your level, two sessions a week, with immediate correction from a teacher. 8 sessions a month or 96 a year. 18+. Sessions start on time — no admission after the five-minute mark.
A weekly writing task in your inbox at A1–C1 and Business English. Submit before the deadline; a teacher returns it with personalised feedback. Join any week — a new task drops every Monday.
$29 / month — $239 / year
$95 / month — $799 / year · Recommended for live practice
Group rooms seat up to 15 learners. Small enough that the teacher can hear and correct you; big enough that you meet a real cross-section of the global community.
Open live classes are camera-optional. Conversation Café and Speaking Practice Groups work much better with camera on, and we recommend it — but no one is removed for keeping it off.
Sessions run Monday through Saturday across multiple time zones. The schedule rolls weekly; you book the next class that fits your week.
On the Live plan, open live classes and Conversation Café are unlimited. Speaking Practice Groups are scheduled at two sessions a week per learner; Tutored Writing is one task a week.
Take Lingutest first. It is a five-minute, free placement test that maps your English to the CEFR scale and points you at the right rooms.
