Privacy is a commitment, not a checkbox. We are committed to processing every learner’s personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and to upholding your rights in full under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
We are committed to protecting your personal data with technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, and to handling any incident openly and without undue delay. Security is an ongoing obligation we own, not a one-time control.
We are committed to meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our website and learning platform, and to removing barriers as soon as learners tell us about them. Accessibility is a compliance requirement we own, not an enhancement we defer.
