Lingu's enterprise team works with companies, NGOs, small and medium businesses, and universities buying English training for groups of ten upwards. Tell us a few things and we'll come back with a tailored proposal — usually within two working days.
How many people are we talking about — both today and over the next 12 months?
Roughly where is your team — beginners, mixed, mostly working level, advanced?
What does success look like — readier for meetings, English-medium work, a specific exam, or simpler than that?
When do you want to start, and is there a deadline — a project, a hiring round, an academic year?
Company, NGO, small or medium business, university, or something else? Some segments qualify for reduced rates.
If you don't have all of this yet, send what you have. We'd rather start the conversation than wait for the perfect brief.
Send the basics below and a member of the enterprise team will reply within two working days. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] instead — both routes reach the same inbox.
Pricing scales from teams of around ten upwards. If you're smaller, individual subscriptions on Lingu English are usually a better fit — we'll point you there if that's the case.
Four main ones: companies, NGOs and registered non-profits, small and medium businesses, and universities. Procurement, pricing, and onboarding are tailored per segment — see the segment page closest to your organisation for the framing we'll start from.
Every level from Elementary (A1) through Proficiency (C2). Each learner takes a placement test on sign-up and starts at the right level, so a mixed-level team works on one platform without anyone being stuck in the wrong material.
Live group classes with expert teachers are an optional add-on to the self-paced course library. Most enterprise customers include them — the combination of on-demand study and weekly live practice produces better outcomes than either on its own. We'll quote both with and without live so you can compare.
Yes. Logo, brand colours, and a custom welcome message are standard, and certificates can be co-branded. Learners experience the platform as part of your organisation, not as a third-party tool.
Yes. Registered charities, foundations, and recognised non-profits qualify for reduced rates — see English for NGOs. Universities and other higher-education institutions are quoted by scope; English for universities covers the typical setup. Mention your status in your first message and we'll quote accordingly.
Most accounts go live within days of confirming. Branded platform set-up, learner invites, and the first round of placement tests typically all happen in the same week. Larger rollouts with custom curriculum or integration take longer — we'll set expectations on the discovery call.
Yes — and many enterprise customers do. A pilot lets your L&D team and a sample group test the platform and the live classes before scaling. We can scope a pilot during the discovery call and convert it into a full rollout without re-onboarding learners.
Most enterprise customers run Lingu as a standalone branded platform — that's the path of least resistance and is what this page describes. If you specifically need integration into an existing LMS, mention it in your first message and we'll discuss what's possible.
Individual subscriptions are for a single learner buying for themselves. The enterprise solution adds branded platform configuration, admin tools, reporting across teams, seat-level provisioning, and — for larger accounts — a dedicated account manager. It's built for L&D, HR, and operations buyers, not for individual learners.
Larger accounts get a dedicated account manager who knows your business and handles seat changes, reporting questions, and renewal conversations. Smaller accounts are supported by the enterprise team as a whole — same response times, shared inbox.
Each segment page describes how we scope, price, and onboard for that kind of organisation. Start with the closest match — or just write to us and we'll figure it out together.
